Job Description: Data Administrator (Focus on Data Preparation for Microsoft Access)
Location: Berlin, CT (Onsite)
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator with a focus on data preparation within Microsoft Access. This position involves ensuring data quality, building database relationships, and creating effective queries to support our direct mail solutions. The ideal candidate will bring experience in relational databases, particularly Microsoft Access, with a strong understanding of data integrity and preparation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop procedures for loading and transferring data from internal and external sources into Microsoft Access databases.
- Ensure data quality by establishing and maintaining relationships between tables, managing referential integrity, and enforcing data consistency.
- Create and optimize Access queries to identify, validate, and correct data errors, ensuring accuracy across database records.
- Enhance and prepare data for high-quality, personalized direct mail campaigns.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Independently handle projects and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with relational databases, specifically Microsoft Access.
- Familiarity with data preparation, quality control, and query creation in Microsoft Access.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field (Preferred).
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, MySQL (Preferred).
- Direct Mail Industry knowledge is a plus.
Required Experience:
- Relational Databases: 1-2 years, with a focus on Microsoft Access.

Position Details:

- Pay: $52,000 - $65,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-person work required)
