Position Overview

As an IT Support Specialist at Integotec, you’ll be a driving force in our helpdesk and on-site client interactions. You’ll tackle challenging technical problems, assist with custom applications, and ensure seamless hardware/software deployments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety—every day brings new challenges, and your expertise will be key to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Complex Troubleshooting

· Collaborate with support for intricate hardware/software issues—printers, IoT devices, large copiers, medical tech, network components, and more.

2. Custom Application Support

· Guide users through specialized software platforms and integrations, drawing on your technical acumen.

On-Site Assistance

Conduct in-person support for clients, reinforcing trust and building strong relationships. Deploy new workstations, configure network devices, and ensure efficient software rollouts. Set up endpoints and accounts so new team members can hit the ground running. Maintain an organized stock of desktops, laptops, printers, and other vital equipment. Partner with team members on advanced IT projects that shape our clients’ evolving infrastructures. Translate complex information into easy-to-understand updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Use specialized tools to analyze network performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and improve security. Coordinate upgrades, outages, and updates with third-party vendors, acting as a key liaison for our clients. Develop and implement new solutions to simplify workflows and overcome unique technology challenges. Document procedures and solutions to empower team knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Occasionally assist with installations—running cabling, setting up network components, and more. Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours/weekend support to ensure continuous client uptime. Prepare and configure devices like security cameras, door lock systems, and cloud solutions for rapid deployment.
