The Role: Enterprise Data Leadership

This senior-level position combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on delivering enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions. You'll be the architect of our data practice, working directly with business executives and technical teams while leading transformational data initiatives that revolutionize how organizations harness their data assets. This role requires someone with exceptional technical vision who can translate complex data concepts into game-changing business solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Data Leadership (Primary Focus)

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary data evangelist and technical leader for our most strategic enterprise clients, building C-level confidence in data transformation initiatives
• Drive strategic planning for enterprise data warehouse implementations, aligning cutting-edge technology with organizational objectives
• Identify, validate, and champion high-impact data solutions that deliver measurable value to business operations
• Position our firm as the premier partner for enterprise data initiatives through thought leadership and technical excellence

Technical Architecture & Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data warehouse solutions, ensuring seamless integration across different data management frameworks
• Oversee development of conceptual and physical data models, data flow diagrams, and enterprise data management strategies
• Guide development, testing, and implementation of best practices in ETL and scripts development
• Drive design, documentation, and implementation of robust data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

Team Leadership & Client Success

• Lead a highly skilled technical team comprising Data Analysts, BI Dashboard Developers, and Data Warehouse Administrators
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring data solutions exceed client expectations
• Facilitate creation and optimization of dashboards and reports
• Provide technical leadership in performance tuning, database administration, and data modeling for optimal system performance

Practice Development & Innovation

• Mentor and guide team members to adhere to industry standards and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Establish data delivery standards and processes that consistently exceed enterprise client expectations
• Lead proposal development and technical presentations for competitive data warehouse projects
• Drive development of new data service offerings based on emerging technologies and client needs

What We're Looking For: Experience & Background

• 10+ years in enterprise data warehousing with proven expertise in data frameworks and architecture
• Deep Oracle Technology Stack Expertise: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Autonomous Data Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Proven track record leading teams in data management, data architecture, and business intelligence projects spanning multiple years
• Deep expertise in enterprise-wide data solutions with experience presenting complex technical concepts to executive audiences
• Strong understanding of Kimball Dimensional Data Modeling Framework and modern data architecture patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
