Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with extensive experience in system architecture and a strong background in AS400 technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Responsibilities: - Design and develop architectural frameworks and solutions for enterprise applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices for AS400 systems. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and reliability. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols. - Mentor junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: - Strong expertise in AS400 architecture and development. - Proven experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems. - In-depth knowledge of system integration and data management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern application frameworks. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10-15 years of experience in system architecture, with a focus on AS400. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
