Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications supporting ABA therapy workflows.
- Build features for client scheduling, session tracking, billing, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to translate clinical requirements into software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy/security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Integrate third-party APIs (EHR, billing, insurance portals).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and database systems (MongoDB / PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or ABA practice management software.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, EHR integrations, and ABA data workflows.
- Prior experience working with clinical or educational software systems.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
