We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Enterprise SaaS ETL/DevOps to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: A As a B2B Enterprise SaaS ETL DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ETL, DevOps, and Terraform maintaining services in our suite of web services. This would be a core role in our team, providing expertise and collaborative insight across all services our company creates for our product. We want someone who is excited about DevOps and asynchronous application development, utilizing technologies such as serverless computing, stream publishers/consumers, and relational databases. Services should be developed to scale, handling millions of transactions per day. ETL work will primarily be in Snowflake and Redshift, with additional platforms being discussed. This position would work closely with our lead engineer and development team on maintaining and creating new systems. including designing database schema changes, building asynchronous services, and researching new technologies to incorporate into our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience ETL/DevOps experience
• Strong proficiency in Terraform
• Proficiency in relational database design and SQL
• Understanding of microservice architecture and best practices handling asynchronous service communication
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms to build better software solutions
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a small team

Bonuses to Make You Stand Out:

• Experience developing or utilizing a GraphQL API
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
• Other language proficiency including Python, Ruby on Rails, Rust, etc.
• NoSQL database experience
• Experience working directly with product managers to uncover and fully understand product requirements for new features
• 5+ years of experience developing backend web services
• Strong proficiency in writing and debugging Typescript
• Proficiency in relational database design and SQL
• Understanding of microservice architecture and best practices handling asynchronous service communication
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms to build better software solutions
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a small team
