Summary- Perform general tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Operate hand and power tools common on commercial & residential construction sites. Clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, build and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.

Primary responsibilities:

· Minor electric, plumbing and HVAC

· Hands on working with materials of all kinds

· Hands on working with a variety of construction equipment

· Steel building erection

· Concrete- Forms, Pours and Finish

· Proficient with Ladders, scaffolding and roofing

· Understand on the job safety

· Expert use of levels, rulers, tape measurer, plum bobs, framing squares

· Carpentry

· Core drilling

· Plater/Paint

· Flooring

· Partitions, door and window install

· Demolition

· Walls and Ceiling Install

Minimal qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to perform physical activities including lifting (50lbs), bending, standing, climbing, and walking. Must be able to use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trade. Must be willing to day travel and work 4-10 schedule depending on the project. MUST be a team player, be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail and demonstrate quality problem solving skills.

Prequalification’s: 2 (+) years of experience in construction. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Drug testing and Background Checks will be performed. Technical training is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
