Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with experience in various programming languages and frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining web applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. This role requires a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Overview

As our Web Developer, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital assets that support both client and internal marketing needs. This includes web development, landing page creation, and sometimes light UX/UI design or automation.

You'll collaborate closely with the art department and digital marketing team to transform client ideas into stunning, user-friendly digital assets that enhance the overall customer experience. The position is crucial for driving our digital strategy and enhancing our web development offerings.

Reporting Structure:

• You will report to the Director of Operations
• You will also work closely with designers, digital marketing specialists, and content writers.

Work Location:

• Hybrid (two days per week in office), with potential to travel to key accounts

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuerty, PHP, ColdFusion, and other programming languages.
• Propose, quote, and deliver web projects profitably, ensuring quality, speed, and effective communication.
• Foster a partnership between creative and technology teams to maintain and evolve web operations.
• Ensure websites are user friendly, built with SEO principles, and comply with W3C guidelines for accessibility.
• Collaborate with the art department to optimize design feasibility and user experience.
• Efficiently manage web maintenance, hosting, transfers, SSL certificates, domain name setups, and renewals.
• Assist with conducting monthly web analytics reports and implementing tracking codes, pixels, and third-party integrations (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM Systems, etc.)
• Collaborate with digital media specialist to implement best practices on technical SEO and other digital strategies.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across different email clients and performance issues for website clients.
• Ensure proactive communication with internal team, providing regular updates and responding promptly to inquiries.

Requirements

• Relevant experience with WordPress and building non-blog websites.
• Proficient in core web development (PHP, SQL, Databases, modern front-end HTML/CSS/JS, deployment to web servers).
• Broad knowledge of digital marketing tools and advertising platforms.
• Clear and consistent communication skills, with a focus on maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
• A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and capable of working alongside diverse digital talent.
• A growth mindset with technical expertise, fluent in the intersection of marketing and technology, and staying on top of trends and innovations.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
