Job Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, particularly in C# and Ruby, and share insights with your team.
Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable source code using C# and Ruby, ensuring proper version control.
Write clear documentation and conduct unit testing to maintain high-quality code.
Tackle complex development assignments with guidance while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, managers, and team members to refine and enhance applications.
Set and manage project goals and timelines based on product requirements.
Ensure seamless communication and manage expectations between clients and team members.
Fully understand project objectives and requirements to drive successful completion.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the development team.
Desired Qualifications:
We?re looking for someone with attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong troubleshooting skills. Exceptional communication, self-management, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
Proficiency in C# and Ruby.
Strong understanding of Microsoft and Google applications.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Degree in Software Development or related field.
2+ years of relevant development experience.
Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
Strong team player who follows instructions and collaborates effectively.
Additional Information:
Salary: $60,000 annually
Shift: Monday through Friday, in-person
