Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The hire will be responsible for producing data reporting and analytics that the company relies on for its operations.

Create and expand a ML and LLM usage within client ecosystem.

Use ML and LLM to find patterns and connect disconnected data sets. Once the models are created, produce requirements for the Dev team to move models into production if needed.

The candidate does more than “produce reports”, the candidate is expected to offer insights on what the data is saying, understand the business and the strategic importance of the insights for each area of the business.

The ideal candidate is experienced in building and managing Power BI semantic models, reports, and interacting with SQL Datawarehouse. The candidate is self-sufficient and has ample experience producing sophisticated reports in Power BI and managing the Power BI Service from an admin perspective.

The role will closely cooperate with our Data/Dev teams to ensure that data is reachable, consistent, updated, and ready for the different Data models.

The candidate is a self-starter, detailed, professional capable of interacting at all levels within the organization with little supervision.

Responsibilities for Data Analyst

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with all organizations for the client.
  • Maintain and improve Power BI semantic models
  • Support the monthly metrics reporting effort
  • Produce Ad hoc data reports on demand
  • Support time sensitive processes and data requests
  • Interact with the data engineering team to move data into Datawarehouse and then to PBI Semantic models
  • Produce statistical analysis on our data to allow senior leaders to identify advance trends.
  • Drive adoption of ML and LLMs to gain better insights from data.
  • Stay in constant touch with the development teams, serving as a steward for client’s data.
  • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

Qualifications for Data Analyst

  • Good communication skills, responsive, independent.
  • We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst/Data Scientist role, with management authority over Power BI systems. The ideal candidate has attained a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
  • Experience building and optimizing Power BI Semantic Models.

· Strong analytic skills.

  • Advanced DAX and SQL knowledge.

· Python/ Pandas/ Matplotlib / ML and other tools in the data science universe experience is a plus.

· Statistical analysis experience is a plus.

  • Self-sufficiency, strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
