Prime Touch Detail is a growing mobile auto detailing company serving Milwaukee and surrounding areas. We bring professional car care directly to our customers at home or work. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our crews. You’ll work in teams, using company provided equipment, to complete full detail services on customer vehicles.
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy hands on work, working outdoors, and taking pride in making cars look brand new. $100 bonus after 3 weeks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel and meet team + customer at scheduled locations.
- Perform exterior services: wash, dry, wheels/tires, spray wax, windows.
- Perform interior services: vacuuming, wipe-down of surfaces, windows/mirrors, finishing touches.
- Follow company workflow to complete most details in ~1 hour per vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing supplies and equipment.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on-site.
- Identify upsell opportunities (pet hair removal, shampoo carpet, extra services).
Qualifications
- No prior detailing experience required — training provided.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable way to meet at start location.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Team player — you may be paired with someone or solo.
- Flexible schedule (weekend availability is a plus).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
