Job Description:
The Warehouse Order Selector will play a key role in preparing and organizing orders for delivery. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and pick orders using provided equipment and order sheets.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities are prepared.
- Package and label products for shipment or delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking shelves as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve order or inventory discrepancies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours if needed.

Pay: $22.38 - $23.90 per hour
