Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in C++ programming, experience working on POS systems, and a passion for creating efficient, reliable, and user-friendly software. You will be working with a dynamic team to build innovative solutions that cater to the retail and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain POS software using C++ to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
• Work on integrating hardware devices (e.g., printers, card readers, barcode scanners) with the POS system.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Maintain and improve existing POS software, including debugging and adding new features.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in C++ development and POS solutions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• C++: 7 years (Preferred)
• POS: 7 years (Preferred)
