Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Information Technology Imaging Manager working for a small radiology private practice in Santa Barbara that has been locally owned and operated for over fifty years. The IT Manager will oversee site-based imaging informatics operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality and technical support for medical imaging systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage system installations and upgrades
- Coordinating with clinical and technical staff
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintaining system security
- Helping to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field. Advanced degrees and certifications a plus
- Experience in managing imaging informatics operations, including system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical skills in medical imaging systems and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and system security standards
- Ability to coordinate with clinical and technical staff and provide training and support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently, and as part of a small team
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in imaging informatics, is highly desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
