Job Title: Systems Administrator
Work Location: Hillsboro, OR
Job Description
Assist Systems Analyst and Computer Systems Engineers in system integration analysis. Maintain current network infrastructure, perform upgrades, deploy new software, perform network configuration, monitoring network performance, and network health monitoring. Perform evaluation and analysis of PC, Laptop, and Server product platforms. Evaluate systems and produce test procedures and scripts Provide training and technical support to internal and external customers
Level I
o Entry level (2 years’ experience preferred in similar role or education equivalent)
o Perform all tasks above under supervision
o Receive and incorporate training on lab policies and procedures
Level II
o Perform all tasks above with minimal supervision & assistance
o Understanding of general functions and roles within team; able to assist other CW teams in infrastructure support
Level III
o Capability to perform all tasks with little to no supervision
o Independently determine tasks required to achieve work outcome
o Identify and assist with improving or new operating procedures
o Applies if team expands beyond single employee:
§ May function as a technical lead or able to provide general guidance to lower levels in tasking
§ Training of personnel
· Level IV
o Perform roles of Levels I - III
o Advanced technical capability; able to perform all above tasks with no supervision
