Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer with a strong background in creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for multi-user SaaS platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an early, equity-based contributor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative AI, including prompt engineering and the strategies behind creating products using large language models. This position will position you for leadership roles as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces for generative AI products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and projects.
- Extensive experience in designing interfaces for multi-user SaaS platforms.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, and large language models.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
