Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, coordinating with various departments, and managing IT resources across multiple regions. This position’s salary is around $100,000-$110,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure their proper functioning and security.
• Server Management: Manage and monitor the performance of servers, ensuring reliability and performance standards are met.
• Machine Management: Supervise the management of machines across the organization, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Public Cloud Management: Manage cloud services and resources, ensuring optimal usage and cost efficiency.
• IT Equipment and Software Management: Oversee the procurement and management of IT equipment and software, ensuring processes are cost-effective.
• Application System Operations: Coordinate and support IT systems, ensuring their reliability and proper operation.
• Supply Chain/Enterprise Software: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure enterprise software meets operational requirements.
• IT Requirement Management: Address IT-related issues and ensure smooth operation of technical systems across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar managerial role, with a strong understanding of major logistical operations, such as ERP, YMS, WMS and corresponding IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience in server management, machine management, cloud services, and enterprise software systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and support a team.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery planning.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.

Skills:

• Technical Skills: Experience with the deployment and maintenance of SAAS and local applications of ERP, YMS and WMS, virtual and physical server management, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and application system operations. MS and Cisco network certifications are plus.
• Management Skills: Ability to manage resources, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication of technical issues to stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to make decisions and manage a team effectively.
