We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. Please Note: This is a fully onsite position based in our Columbus, Ohio office. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must be able to report in person daily to our Columbus location.

Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Promote and document common business practices in relation to software usage
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document complex software modules and utility programs
  • Perform requirements definition, system design, processing modeling, object-orient analysis
  • Prepare technical documentation, design diagrams, and test plans
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectures
  • Assist with budgeting and strategic planning for IT initiatives

System Administrator & Help Desk

  • Act as first point of contact for technical support requests
  • Log, track, and manage help desk tickets with timely resolution
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support
  • Perform system maintenance tasks including updates, backups, and hardware repairs
  • Perform password resets and manage user access across systems
  • Gather and relay user feedback to improve IT processes and service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT, including at least 2-3 years of development experience. Experience in retail developmental environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software development and system administration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Windows OS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
