Job description
We are hiring at Black Rose Records, LLC for a role as our Information Technical Manager / DevOps / IT Support specialist:
Keep BRR running smoothly behind the screens. You’ll own tech infrastructure from server management to cybersecurity and automation.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee Discord servers, cloud infrastructure, and digital assets.
- Manage DevOps, maintenance schedules, and data backups.
- Implement security protocols and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot IT requests and optimize digital efficiency.
Compensation
- Equity: 1–2% stake or commission (10-40%) on infrastructure projects.
- Potential for a monthly retainer as the company scales.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,000.00 per month
