POSITION SUMMARY:
The Information Technology Manager will oversee the daily technical operations, manage the IT team, and ensure the infrastructure is secure, efficient, and reliable. The IT Manager will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues to maximize the benefit of IT system investments. This includes the delegation of tasks and utilization of outside resources when appropriate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's objectives and goals.
- Manage the IT team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members.
- Manage and lead multiple technology projects in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Ensure the organization's cybersecurity and data protection efforts are effective and up to date.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend new technology solutions to improve organizational operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments and leaders to ensure technology solutions meet their needs.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT operations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and other third-party providers.
- Other job duties may be assigned.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On-call availability to provide off-hour support to IT systems as well as coordinating efforts in the event of any service outages.
- Availability and willingness to travel as business need dictates.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Meet regularly with SVP of Operations to determine business objectives with regards to technology and assist with the implementation thereof.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT management roles
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, and data protection
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and allocating resources effectively

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
