We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and optimizing websites that support our clients’ success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with experience in creating high-performing, SEO-friendly, and visually engaging websites. Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites tailored to the needs of construction and blue-collar businesses.
• Optimize website speed, user experience, and functionality for maximum engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to ensure best practices in website structure, metadata, and overall optimization.
• Implement and maintain website security, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot website issues, debug errors, and improve site stability.
• Work with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and other CMS platforms to create and manage websites efficiently.
• Ensure mobile-first development and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay up-to-date with web development trends, tools, and technologies to improve performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or other relevant programming languages).
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, and optimization).
• Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they impact web development.
• Knowledge of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with website security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
