About the Role
Technology Digest, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions using a hybrid architecture that combines Microsoft Power Platform with .NET Core custom development. This is a senior onsite position for someone who is fluent in both low-code and full-code environments, and who can drive integration, scalability, and secure compliance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver solutions using:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
- .NET Core (REST APIs, business logic, backend services)
- Azure Services (Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps)
- Design modular applications that leverage Canvas/Model-Driven Apps for rapid UI development and .NET Core services for advanced logic and external integrations.
- Lead development of secure RESTful APIs to integrate with legacy systems, ERP, identity providers, and third-party services.
- Define architectural patterns, component reusability, and environment strategies across both platforms.
- Implement and enforce security standards using OAuth 2.0, Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and encryption best practices.
- Ensure HIPAA/NIST compliance, support audit trails, and architect for WCAG/Section 508 accessibility.
- Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline configuration, automated testing, and release management via Azure DevOps.
- Mentor development teams on both Power Platform extensibility and .NET backend integration standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture with a mix of:
- 3+ years designing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- 3+ years developing with .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, REST APIs
- Proven experience integrating Power Apps with custom .NET APIs and backend databases.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and service-to-service authentication
- Dataverse modeling, custom connectors, and security roles
- Experience leading system modernization and digital transformation projects in compliance-driven environments.
- Microsoft certifications: PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, or AZ-305
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building component-based .NET microservices in hybrid cloud deployments
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR, CMS Blue Button, or healthcare data standards
- Strong background in data architecture, performance optimization, and API versioning
