Position Summary:
The Order Filler is responsible for accurately locating, picking, and preparing customer orders for shipment or delivery. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to ensuring the correct products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders
- Verify correct products, quantities, and item conditions
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery
- Maintain accurate records of filled orders
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory restocking and warehouse organization
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and packages (up to 75 lbs)
- Basic math, reading, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
