Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.Experience: Five years of experience in cloud architecture, IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps, with demonstrated experience with containerized microservices and Kubernetes, OR three years as a LACOE Senior Server Engineer.Equivalency Provision: A bachelor’s degree with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or other fields closely related to the job requirements of this classification, from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation may substitute for one year of the required experience. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Additional Requirements: A current and valid Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is preferred.
