**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, hospitality, and housekeeping management. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all rooms and common areas - Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning procedures - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Perform regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs - Implement and enforce safety guidelines **Experience:** - Proven experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or hotel housekeeping - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment - Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus - Familiarity with custodial duties and best practices If you are passionate about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a background in housekeeping, we invite you to apply for the Head Housekeeper position.
