Help Desk/Information Technology Service Management
Location: Charleston, SC
Clearance: Active or eligible DoD clearance required
We’re looking for a Help Desk / ITSM Support Specialist to support a DoD program by providing Tier I/II technical support and IT service management. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and system issues in accordance with established ITSM processes and DoD standards.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years in project controls or program management support
· Experience with earned value management (EVM) and reporting
· Familiarity with DoD contracts and program oversight
· Strong analytical and organizational skills

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
