Job Overview

Media DC and its associated companies are seeking an IT Administrator to provide frontline technical support while administering and maintaining our majority Apple environment. The ideal candidate thrives on solving problems, building strong user support relationships, and ensuring a secure, efficient, and reliable IT experience across the organization.

This role combines user support with specialized Apple expertise to safeguard our IT systems and provide scalable, practical solutions. Your expertise will ensure our environment remains reliable, compliant, and user-friendly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

Technical Support & System Administration

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for macOS and Windows devices.
  • Set up and support accounts, permissions, and access.
  • Administer and maintain Apple devices, including software updates and security.
  • Manage Apple systems with tools such as JAMF, Addigy, and MDM solutions.
  • Maintain inventory, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proven experience supporting end users in IT help desk or technical support roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering macOS and/or Windows.
  • Familiarity with Office 65, Active Directory, and networking basics.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with JAMF, Addigy, and MDM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Exposure to VMware, Linux, or enterprise security tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 annually.
