We are seeking reliable and motivated Package Handlers to join our growing warehouse and logistics team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages with efficiency and accuracy. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that shipments are processed and delivered on time to our customers.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers efficiently
- Sort and scan packages using handheld devices or scanners
- Stack and organize packages by size, destination, and delivery route
- Lift, push, pull, and carry packages up to 50 lbs (team-lift for heavier items)
- Ensure accuracy in package count, labeling, and tracking
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow company safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to resolve issues quickly
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- No experience required – entry-level welcome
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift and move heavy packages repeatedly during shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
