This position is for entry-level to mid-level Business Systems Analysts. This can be someone with 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, QA support, or a related functional/technical role, ideally with an academic background in Information Systems or Business Technology.

This position has a steep learning curve, so we expect a high level of curiosity, strong analytical thinking, and a willingness to dive deeply into both business processes and technical system behavior.

This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The analyst will work to understand our users and internal stakeholders, analyze existing processes, translate requirements into clear documentation, support system enhancements, contribute to UI/UX conceptualization, and participate actively in quality validation efforts.

In this position, the Business Systems Analyst will take a user-centered and data-driven approach to documenting requirements, refining workflows, and ensuring system changes deliver measurable value. • Analyze and document current-state and future-state workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
  • Validate that developed features align with documented requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Review developer outputs, identify discrepancies, and communicate required corrections to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Write, execute, and maintain test cases or acceptance tests tied to functional requirements
  • Verify edge cases, data accuracy, workflow logic, and UI/UX consistency as part of feature validation
  • Support QA activities including functional testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive coverage of test scenarios across product areas
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
  • Assist in evaluating and documenting system integrations, API behaviors, and data mapping requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Maintain system documentation, release notes, process diagrams, and knowledge-base content
  • Assist in monitoring system performance, researching issues, and supporting troubleshooting efforts
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and help maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog of enhancements and fixes
