Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with booking appointments or reservations across various services or products
• Manage multiple booking requests via phone, online platforms, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct product demos when necessary to help customers understand offerings and features
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Supervise team members during shifts when required, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the retail space is organized and inviting for customers

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or customer service environment
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate features and benefits
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette with clear, friendly communication skills
• Skilled in upselling techniques while maintaining genuine customer care
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles for accurate transactions
• Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive experiences
• Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and retail calculations
• Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments preferred but not required
