Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the supervisor
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care
