Position: Systems Administrator
Location: Onsite/Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise IT environment. This role focuses on Windows Server administration, virtualization, endpoint management, and secure, reliable infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Maintain and optimize VMware ESXi/vSphere infrastructure.
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and NetScaler/ADC.
• Use Ivanti Endpoint Management for imaging, patching, and software deployment.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and compliance.
• Oversee PC imaging, workstation lifecycle, and patch management processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security best practices.
• Provide Tier 3 support and assist with disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems administration or infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Hands-on VMware vSphere experience.
• Experience with Citrix environments.
• Familiarity with Cisco networking and Check Point firewalls.
• Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Management and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCA-V/CCP-V, or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator.
• Cloud familiarity (Microsoft 365, Azure) and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Experience with backup solutions
