Dispute Analyst --Purchase Orders

Description:
Scope of work: purchase orders, goods receipts greater than invoices, user would reach out to vendors and then work to resolve GRIR balances.
- Understand how to read contracts/tariffs and how they apply to billing.
- Project management skills, ability to handle an abundance of moving pieces.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to provide audit logic, work out kinks along the way, and follow to completion. Understanding of the CenturyLink network and access/NETEX space.
- Or for outside candidates, telecommunications industry experience and a basic understanding of data transport is strongly recommended.
- Partner and readily collaborate with other stakeholders (finance, carrier relations, optimizations, legal, etc.) team to identify and lead process efficiency improvements.
- Demonstrated capacity to focus and deliver on multiple objectives in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.
- Proven data analysis skills and ability and interest in data rationalization and normalization. In other words, a successful candidate likes looking at data, drawing conclusions, and identifying and implementing action plans.
- Assist with Facility access audits by analyzing base against network design, ASRs, and service descriptions with a goal of finding billing discrepancies and initiating disputes where applicable.
Required Skills:
- SAP Gui and Ariba and Oracle.
- PO or purchase order knowledge,
- SAP experience, Excel skills—VLOOKUP's
- Communication and problem solving
- An ability to reprioritize and embrace change is a significant requirement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- HS Diploma is min; AA or BA preferred

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
