CONFIGURATION AND DATA MANAGER
THIS POSITION IS DEPENDENT ON CONTRACT AWARD EXPECTED IN THE 3RD QUARTER OF 2025

Description:
In this role you will:• Maintain and implement program level Data Management (DM) plans and processes with a systems thinking mindset• Manage Customer relations with the ability to facilitate and communicate with various levels of management and customers• Handle Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules• Coordinate modification records for management control• Review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies• Maintaining program access control for Configuration & Data Management (C&DM) systems/tools• Maintaining a document number system and providing document numbers as required• Prepare data for archival and maintain archive records for retrieval as required
Other tasks you may perform include:• Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with Engineering, Quality, Support, Manufacturing, and engineering data control activities• Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine the effect on the overall product and system document baselines• Handle the review and retention of supplier data• Collaborate with program management and engineering to generate supplier Statement of Work (SOW)/SDRL
Basic Qualifications:• Familiarity with Government contracts, or experience reading and implementing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) or equivalent Contract Deliverable Requirements• Experience with scheduling, tracking, status communications, and submitting data and working with data repositories• Experience using Solidworks Product Data Management (PDM) or similar data management systems• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, with attention to details• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint collaboration tools• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:• Configuration Management skills on sophisticated systems with experience in one or more of the following areas: Engineering Review, Audit, and Release, Product Identification, Change Control including change board management and/or multi-discipline reviews, Status Accounting• Experience with Hardware Acceptance reviews and Physical Configuration Audits• Current Secret security clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Location: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at Borsight Headquarters.
Work Schedules: Borsight works a 4/10 work week Monday through Thursday. This condensed schedule provides employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: Negotiable
