JOB DESCRIPTION – IT & Database Specialist
Reports to: Chief Program & Impact Officer
Status: Non-exempt
Purpose: The IT & Database Specialist ensures that all Good Samaritan Services’ technology systems and platforms run smoothly and that staff have the tools they need to effectively carry out their work. This position will serve as the primary liaison with Flagstream Technologies, our IT vendor, and will develop a working knowledge of all platforms used across the organization, including Rock, Microsoft, Intulse, and various security systems.
The IT Support Specialist will troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor support, improve
database quality, and proactively monitor systems to ensure continuity of operations.
