The prestigious New York Athletic Club, one of the world's premier private clubs, founded in 1868 and located on Central Park South in Manhattan, and Pelham Manor, NY, is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator. The Systems Administrator, reporting to the Associate Director of Information Technology, is responsible for managing and maintaining the Club’s technology and infrastructure, providing primary IT support, and implementing new technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of enterprise servers (on-premises and cloud), managing network and server configurations, IP phones, and supporting end users. Exceptional customer service, time management, and project coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This is an in-office position requiring business professional attire, based at the main Manhattan office. The candidate will be part of a small IT team supporting both NYAC offices in Manhattan, composed of 23 floors, 350,000 square feet including 180+ room hotel, and Pelham Manor offices across a 31-acre property. Flexibility is essential. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, team members will rotate weekly to work on-site at Pelham Manor (Travers Island). Reliable transportation to Pelham Manor is required. The candidate will also participate in the team’s on-call rotation to provide remote support for emergency incidents

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Provide desk side and remote support for all levels of staff.

· Respond to and update tickets in a timely manner.

· Perform software installations and hardware move/deployments following standard procedures.

· On-board and off-board new and leaving staff.

· Conduct new-hire orientation for staff.

· Provide basic to intermediate LAN/WAN support.

· Provide technical assistance with network issues related to WIFI for hospitality, business center, and banquet event clientele.

· Provide support and work with contracted Vendors for networking, and print services.

· Provide support and work with phone vendor for IP phone related issues and requests.

· Provide general user administration including but not limited to password resets, account changes, and permission changes.

· Partake in large scale IT projects and implementations.

· Office 365 management including but not limited to Exchange Online, Azure, and MS Teams.

· Create, maintain, and update department documentation.

· Assist with planning, testing, and implementation of new systems.

· Learn and provide support for the Club’s Property Management System, Jonas.

· Work in both Manhattan (City House) and Pelham Manors (Travers Island) locations depending on need.

· Participate in “on-call” rotation.

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support in person and remotely to end users.  Contribute to project delivery for infrastructure improvements and special projects.  Provide support with network and WIFI issues across both NYAC sites.  Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure on-premises virtual servers, cloud infrastructure, and network infrastructure.  Manage Windows Server environment including Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, Azure, and other critical infrastructure services.  On-board and off-board employees as well as providing new hire orientation.  Manage access rights and stability of the Club’s property management system, Jonas Encore.  Work with contracted vendors for IP phones, MDR, MPS, club management software, and advanced network related inquiries across both sites.  Will participate in facility renovations and buildouts.  Collaborate with team members to create and maintain documentation on systems and procedures.  Collaborate with IT team members to ensure consistent coverage and support across all Club locations as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
