On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Architect for a permanent or contract-to-hire role. This position is onsite at our client’s Boston, Massachusetts office or Woodlawn, Maryland office.

Job Description:
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for delivering ServiceNow solutions and guiding clients through complex implementations. This role involves working closely with government stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and drive process improvements across various ServiceNow modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural discussions and solution design of ServiceNow modules, ensuring platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to align ServiceNow capabilities with business requirements.
- Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, and on time.
- Work with Cloud architects and serve as the primary technical resource for the ServiceNow platform's architecture, design, and integration.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Lead efforts to optimize ServiceNow performance through monitoring, maintenance, and tuning.
- Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations, including data migration and workflow automation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.
- Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, Automated Testing Framework, and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of multiple cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Customer Service Management and IT Service Management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
- Three ServiceNow Micro-Certifications.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
