We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and project management. As a Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing technical support to staff while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure .
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of our enterprise system.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, service agreements, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide new user setup across our IT platforms.
- Setup and maintain various hardware devices and printers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment.
- Familiarity with Active Directory management and Windows Server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong vendor management skills to facilitate partnerships that enhance service delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
