Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments, making it essential for candidates to possess a strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and other fabrication equipment to produce components according to specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform setup, adjustments, and basic programming of machinery as needed.
- Fabricate parts using press brake machines and other tools while adhering to GD&T standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in machining processes, including CNC operation and programming.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles is preferred.
- Experience with press brake machines is a plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
