ROLE OVERVIEW

The Product Manager I owns a defined feature set, customer journey, or workstream within a larger product ecosystem. This role requires strong execution skills, comfort working with business stakeholders, and fluency with both design and engineering teams.

You will be responsible for translating needs into requirements, managing a backlog independently, and delivering customer-facing enhancements that align with broader product goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

PRODUCT DELIVERY & EXECUTION

• Own a feature set or product workstream from discovery through delivery
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Independently manage backlog prioritization and refinement
• Ensure sprint deliverables align with product priorities and KPIs

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP

• Partner closely with UX/UI designers on flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with engineering on feasibility constraints, technical tradeoffs and sequencing
• Interface directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with clarity

BUSINESS & CUSTOMER IMPACT

• Help define KPIs and success metrics
• Support experimentation and hypothesis-driven development
• Contribute to post-launch analysis and continuous improvement

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong Jira expertise and backlog ownership experience
• Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams
• Design literacy and customer-centered thinking
• Experience owning features end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about subscription models, TME, digital platforms, and AI innovation

Note on location: Ideal candidates will live in the New York City or Denver metro areas with expectations of being onsite a few days a week to enhance collaboration. Exceptional candidates willing to travel will be considered for more hybrid roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $193,750.00 per year
