Job Summary
As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing inbound leads, and scheduling appointments for consultations or project estimates. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure every lead is handled efficiently and that clients receive timely service.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy interacting with people by phone, email, and online communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments.
- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers seeking construction or remodeling services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client interactions using CRM or scheduling software.
- Coordinate appointment times between clients and project managers or estimators.
- Follow up with clients after initial contact to confirm appointments and gather basic project details.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure seamless handoffs between departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office tools.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly and professional phone manner.
