Position:
This is a position for a new company to provide residential cleaning and meet client demands in Williamson/Maury Counties. In this role which reports to our crew lead you will clean homes and build client relationships. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals looking for a start in a new company with a chance to move up in position. You will find this position rewarding if you pride yourself in a job well done working well with others and on your own to pay close attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
-Completing tasks according to the provided cleaning checklists
-Managing a particular area of the client’s home and ensuring a high level of quality
-Working with minimal supervision
-Assessing a client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per client’s wishes
-Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect
-Complying with proper safety policies and procedures
-Transporting all equipment and supplies from each visit
-Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management
Requirements:
-Cell Phone
-Valid Driver’s License
-Personal Vehicle
-Previous cleaning experience is an asset
Work Hours: Mon-Friday: 9-5pm
Compensation: starting at $17-$19 depending on experience
