PAY STRUCTURE

- $18.25 hr to start - We are looking for team members with potential to grow into leads.

**OVERTIME IS LIKELY**

**EVERYONE gets a company vehicle** - No wear and tear on your own vehicle.

Once trained, you will work on your own and drive company vehicles. EVERYONE gets a company vehicle.

We are looking for trustworthy, professional, reliable individuals that are able to work in a team oriented environment. Each employee must have a valid drivers license with a semi-clean driving record in the last 3 years (insurance reasons : ) At first, you will work in pairs.

We invite you to join small & local business in the Willamette Valley. We are offering work and looking for people that are interested in helping us beautify homes. We specialize in the cleaning of unoccupied homes and apartments. Note: The cleaning we offer is detail oriented; we will train our Universal Shine cleaning standards.

This is a Monday-Friday position. 1-5 Saturdays possible work days. Work hours are between 8:30am to usually 6:00 pm BUT ending time will vary. When busy season, hours WILL stretch beyond 5:00 pm. Flexible end of the day is required.
