We currently have an opening for a well-qualified Configuration Manager to join our Engineering Staff. This position reports to the Director of Engineering.

As a Configuration Manager at Quantum Systems, in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration management process and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards by establishing, maintaining, training, and enforcing department policies, processes, instructions, and templates for all stakeholders and ensuring they align with the company vision.
Responsibilities:
The Configuration Manager is responsible for the following:
- The ideal candidate will manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for Configuration and Data Management.
- You will collaborate with Program leadership to ensure the completion of both long-term and short-term milestones as well as daily tasks.
- Develop configuration management planning documentation and procedures
- Recommend and implement Configuration Management tool chains to establish configuration baselines.
- Provide training and education to team members and stakeholders on configuration management processes, tools and best practices.
- Establish and Maintain Software configuration baselines for product deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology with 4-6 years of experience, in supporting US Government contracts and customers or in project management in other industries.
- 4+ years of direct or related experience in Configuration and Data Management (CMDM).
- 2+ year of Software Configuration Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to Configure CM tools from procurement to deployment.
- Experience with code management, Establishing Baselines and preparation/control of documentation to support product baselines.
- Experience in leading configuration control boards.
- Background Check/U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CATIA V5, Netsuite, JAMA

Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
