We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable with technology to fill our position for Operations Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring our IT operations align with regulatory requirement and support for overall business objectives. Note: This is not a remote position, but can be staffed in any of our bank locations - Atwood, Brewster, Colby, or Oberlin.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· IT Policy Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of IT policies, ensuring they reflect changes in laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the banking industry

· Procedure Maintenance: Manage and update procedures related to the position’s areas of responsibility

· IT Planning & Execution: Ensure IT planning and execution align with the bank’s needs and requirements

· Employee Training: Provide or arrange training for employees on IT software and usage

· IT Acquisition: Ensure the bank follows proper guidelines for acquiring IT hardware and software

· Change Management: Ensure adherence to change management policies, including maintaining proper documentation for changes

· Budgeting: Assist in budgeting for all IT expenses, including services, software, and hardware

· Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with vendor management guidelines

· Audit Coordination: Coordinate all facets of IT audits and examinations, including maintaining documentation, responding to request lists, and overseeing corrective actions

· Incident Response & Continuity Planning: Maintain and test Incident Response, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Pandemic Plans

· Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Technical Responsibilities:

· Software Installation & Configuration: Perform basic installation and configuration of software

· Hardware Troubleshooting: Conduct basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement

Cross-Training:

· Cross-train in other operational areas of the bank to provide support and assistance as needed

Qualifications:

· Foundational IT operational experience

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Knowledge of banking regulations and best practices is a plus
