International Trip Planning Services is a private aviation services company based in Houston, TX. We opened our doors in 2008 with the mission to provide customer-focused trip support to corporate and private aviation clients. ITPS is seeking to add an AI Engineer to our industry-leading team in order to spearhead our AI journey and drive further efficiencies in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with all departments to identify ways to automate workflows using AI.
• Analyze and interpret data, as well as identify key data to use to train AI models.
• Identify, design, and/or develop AI models and algorithms to achieve workflow automation.
• Collaborate with software development team to integrate AI functionality into in-house software applications.
• Ensure the reliability and quality of AI implementations through rigorous testing and optimization of algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure the efficient and scalable deployment of AI systems by managing data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Study/review state-of-the art tools, algorithms, and frameworks to propose options for keeping the technology cutting edge.

Required Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in machine learning, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong development skills in languages used in AI development.
• Knowledge of data modeling, engineering, and analysis.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong problem solver.
• Ability to work with little direction and works well with a dispersed team.
• Experience implementing AI in an organization from scratch is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
