The Position:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior ERP Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform, and other ERP Systems. The candidate should possess a mastery of integrating and converting ERP systems and be adept at customizing and extending the functionality of them to meet the organization's business needs.

What You Will Do:

· Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements for system development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Guide ERP & supporting systems development based on best practice

· Manage, maintain and optimize Business Central and Power Platform Environments.

· Manage datasets in SQL, Azure SQL, Dataverse and other various systems.

· Lead legacy ERP transition data ETL.

· Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform development tools.

· Customize and extend the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including designing and implementing new features, modules, workflows, and reports.

· Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business applications using various integration technologies and APIs.

· Lead and/or support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) management & deployment.

· Lead and/or support Corporate Performance Management (CPM) management and deployment.

· Stay current with the latest updates and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform related technologies, incorporating new features and capabilities into the development process.

· Document technical specifications, design decisions, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to others, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or alternate relevant IT certifications along with experience and exceptional capability

· 10+ years’ experience in developing ERP solutions, including extensions, customizations, and integrations, some of which must include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Experience with the following:

o Working with and integrating dissimilar database systems.

o Microsoft Power Platform.

o ERP systems and business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Experience in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing

· Exceptional Cybersecurity principles.

· Ability to write work instructions.

· Ability to train teammates and systems users.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; easily partners with colleagues at all levels of the organization

· Continuous improvement attitude in daily work
