Position Overview: Sourced is seeking an exceptional Open Source Intelligence Analyst with 1–5 years of professional experience to join our team for a full-time, in-person position. As an OSINT Analyst, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis to create intelligence products tailored to client requirements. Your work will directly support critical decision-making processes for our clients and play a pivotal role in our company’s success.

To support investigations, the Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets data from various open-source channels, including social media, public records, and online forums. The expectation is proficiency with all investigative tools and documentation. The role of an analyst emphasizes self-development and continuous learning to adapt to new and changing tools, online platforms, and techniques, as well as changes within company operations and tasking. Analysts are encouraged to seek autonomy in their projects, taking initiative in investigative and analytical processes. Additionally, a constant emphasis remains on developing strong and communication skills to produce precise, concise reports that effectively convey findings to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent and collaborative open-source research to meet client-specific intelligence requirements.
• Develop clear, concise, and actionable written reports for clients.
• Continuously enhance and apply knowledge of OSINT tools, methods, and best practices.
• Contribute to developing and discovering new tools and techniques to improve research efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5 years in intelligence analysis, OSINT research, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Skills:
• Proficiency in OSINT tools and methodologies.
• Investigative experience.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise, actionable intelligence products.
• Knowledge of social media exploitation, public data analysis, or network analysis.
• Certifications: Completion of OSINT or Cyber Security training courses is highly desirable.
