Job Summary
We are a growing, family-owned auto parts distributor with multiple locations an expanding commercial and e-commerce operation. We're looking for a hands-on IT professional who loves solving real-world problems and keeping everything running smoothly.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain our Windows-based network(Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, domain controllers)
• Administer on-prem and cloud servers (Windows Server 2019/2022, some Server 2025, Microsoft 365/Azure AD)
• Handle networking (Unifi systems, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Support the team with Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook/Teams troubleshooting, SharePoint, and endpoint management
• Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for inventory, sales, purchasing, and management
• Manage backups, cybersecurity basics (antivirus, patching, firewalls, phishing training)
• Support point-of-sale systems, shipping workstations, barcode scanners, and label printers
• Occasional after-hours work for upgrades or emergencies (compensated or comp time given)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of real-world IT administration experience (retail, distribution, or automotive experience is a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Solid Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
• SQL experience
• Scripting to automate repetitive tasks with Power Automate
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Power BI ( building datasets, DAX, dashboards)
• Comfortable being the only full-time IT person
• Great troubleshooting skills and a calm personality when things break

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with ERP or SQL inventory database systems
• AI experience
• Ubiquit experience
• Azure or AWS exposer
