<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic team as an Epicor ERP Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of implementing, customizing, and maintaining Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to optimize business operations. <Duties>

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Epicor ERP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring scalable and robust system architecture.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Epicor ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Manage ETL processes for data migration, transformation, and synchronization across multiple databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Oversee system administration tasks including user access management, system hardening, load balancing, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Collaborate with solution architects to develop system design documents that align with enterprise IT infrastructure standards on platforms like AWS, Azure, VMware ESXi, and Kubernetes.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement system hardening measures to enhance cybersecurity posture in accordance with best practices for cloud security and information security.
• Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git for efficient development cycles within an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Epicor ERP performance or integration points by debugging code in C#, JavaScript, or PL/SQL; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) activities ensuring compliance with system architecture standards while fostering innovation through DevOps practices.

<Skills>

• Extensive experience with Epicor ERP system configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and system design principles.
• Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Expertise in web services development using RESTful APIs and SOAP; experience integrating third-party solutions like Salesforce or Pegasystems is highly desirable.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, Bash; experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins or Git for CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices including vulnerability management, threat intelligence, system hardening techniques, firewalls, load balancing strategies, and network security protocols.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems engineering principles encompassing system architecture design for microservices environments using Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems through debugging techniques across multiple programming languages including C#, JavaScript, T-SQL; strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies within Agile frameworks; experience working in fast-paced environments that emphasize continuous improvement and collaboration. Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
